Rental Information

• Walled Lake Schools has a full time auditorium manager on staff with many years of professional event production experience to see to all your production needs, and help to coordinate your event. From start to finish, Walled Lake Schools can help you produce you event.
• Our facilities are supported and run by a professional, well trained, and supervised student crew.
• Our facilities include use of the following items: stage lighting, sound system, all curtains and legs including full grand curtain and cyc, and projection screen. Additional items which may be available at an additional cost include: grand piano, Acoustical shell, and Video equipment
• Our facilities are well maintained and cleaned to the highest standards and feature state of the art equipment.
• Walled Lake Schools has streamlined the rental process with online forms that can be filled out and printed, as well as e-mail or direct communications with our rental personnel and auditorium manager.
• In addition to our three high schools, which have meeting rooms, gyms, athletic fields, and a swimming pool, Walled Lakes Consolidated Schools has 19 other buildings and an Outdoor Education Center available for rent.

Rental Process

• Contact the auditorium manager or operations office for date availability.
• File an auditorium use form with the auditorium managers office. The auditorium use form is located in the forms page of our website or by contacting the auditorium manager. A $15.00 paperwork processing fee will be required for all auditorium requests. This fee can be mailed separately or added to your final invoice.
• Once received the application will be reviewed by the auditorium manager. (This process can take up to 2 weeks)
• Application will be returned to applicant with approval or denial along with a rental cost estimate. Some rentals will be required to submit a deposit prior to the event.
• Auditorium manager will contact you if there are any questions and will set up a meeting to discuss your event.
