Matthew Weber attended Wayne State University in their BFA Technical Theater Program. He currently serves as the Auditorium Manager for the Walled Lake Consolidated Schools in Walled Lake MI where he manages the operations of three high school auditoriums and teaches the students about all aspects of technical production. Matthew also runs MCW Designs (http://www.mcwdesigns.com), a freelance company providing lighting, scenic, and consulting for high school, community theater, and professional theater. Matt is the Lighting Chair for Stagecrafters, a community theater group located in Royal Oak, MI. He has also worked as a technician and design consultant for the past 21 years at Cedar Point in Sandusky OH. Some recent projects include lighting for several haunted attractions for Halloweekends including their new house “Fear ground Freak Show ” and the featured shows “Midnight Syndicate” and “Skeleton Crew”. This Holiday season Matt will be Lighting the new production “Charlie Browns Christmas Spectacular” at Kings Island for Winterfest.
